Great American Cookies was founded in 1977 from a generations-old family chocolate chip cookie recipe. From one store and one recipe, Great American Cookies expanded in malls and shopping centers across the country and at the same time developed a complete line of cookies and brownies. We are also responsible for inventing the Cookie Cake – you’re welcome!
